The buyer and seller do not need to be physically present for the closing. It’s always a good idea, however, in the event that either the buyer or the seller should have questions about the closing documents or the closing statement. However, if it is impossible for the buyer or seller to be at the closing, then we can send packages to them for signature and notarization by Federal Express or UPS.
